Solar System
This park has a self-guided solar system walk. Throughout the park, there are signs that say different planets on them and have information of said planets on them. For more information on that, see the video below. Note that while the video shows rubber balls that can be played with, that is not part of the walk.
Chandler Nature Center
There is an educational center as this park. The Chandler Nature Center is home to quite a few interesting things. This includes events/programs that you can find details for here. One of the items Team G.O.T. found interesting is the Living with Coyotes pamphlet. Some of the other reading materials you can get include Desert Rivers Audubon Magazine, guides to local plants, and a community fishing guidebook.
Agents of Discovery
Agents of Discovery is a free app that encourages children to get outdoors. The app makes going outdoors a fun adventure while learning. The app has the user go around to real world locations and then answer questions or do mini games featuring something from that location. The app's mascot cutout can be found inside the center with more information.
There are educational display areas around the center to explore. The center has a gift shop as well. The gift shop is Owl's Nest Nature Store, and information on them can be found here.
